When will my order ship?
Please allow for 3-5 days for us to process your order. Shipping will vary depending on your location.

Do you accept returns?
Products in their original packaging, unused, and in fully re-saleable condition are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please email returns@casabombon.com to let us know the reason for your return and to request a return label. Please note that shipping costs on the original order are *not* refundable. Product refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order (which may include gift cards if one was used).

Your purchase includes the pillow case only.

Do your lampshades come with bases?
Your purchase includes the lampshade only.

How do I know what size base I should use for my lampshade?
Each lampshade features a recommended base size under “Fitting” that varies for Standard and Mini. These sizes are by no means required; this is simply what we’ve found to work for us.

What bulb would you recommend using?
We suggest using a 60 Watt soft white LED lightbulb.

How do you recommend I style my lampshade?
Please note that each lampshade is entirely handmade, so we recommend that you manually play around with the flutes to achieve your desired look.

How do I care for my pillow?
Please dry clean your pillowcase only.

What happens if the product I want is sold out?
